Plans for a new, high-end neighborhood development near Capital of Texas Highway and Westlake Drive have been approved by the Travis County Commissioners Court. The gated subdivision, to be called Scenic View will cover 75 acres and include 19 lots. Plans for the area have been in the works since last year.
