After graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in Journalism, Marcia worked as a TV news producer and freelance journalist. She moved to Austin in 2005 and worked as a professional organizer. Harlan Realty considers her an asset to the overall organization of the company. Marcia also handles all aspects of the closing on your home. The careful tracking of details is what makes the difference in a successful closing. Her job is to make sure you are informed on every step of the home buying or selling process. Her philosophy is to provide hassle-free, minimum-stress, and personalized service to clients.

Marcia and her husband are avid baseball fans and she enjoys being an Austin foodie. Don’t try to sneak a cheap bottle of wine past her as she considers herself a little bit of a wine snob- in a good way!
